In order to provide you with our services via our app or website, we collect certain types of information, which includes your name, postal address, signages message, telephone number, and email address. Note, we do not store your credit card information. Payments are processed through World Pay and upon successful transaction, we provide you with an authorisation code and unique record code for your order.

For marketing purposes, we may collect additional data, for which you can opt in or out during your rental booking. If you wish to opt out of any marketing communication, you can easily unsubscribe via the link provided in the email.

By using the We Do Greetings website and/or app, you consent to our use of cookies. These include Session, Persistent, and Third-party cookies to help improve our site and provide you with a better future experience. Rest assured, cookies do not store your banking details. Cookies can be turned off at any time through your browser or phone settings. However, this may affect the quality of your user experience.

Use of Information:

Your data allows us to provide, analyse, and improve the We Do Greetings service. We utilise your information for enabling your use of our service, communicating with local Installers (‘Franchisees’), and if necessary, facilitating your request for a suitable installer for your signage installation.

Should you express interest in a Franchisee opportunity, we will ask for your contact details to provide specific information about the franchise offer. In such situations, you can optionally sign up for future marketing communications.

For security reasons and to fulfil our legal obligations, we use your data to prevent illegal activities, enforce our Terms of Service and other policies, and to resolve any disputes with any of our members.
